Champagne Alfred Gratien x François Robin The result of the meeting of two craft enthusiasts, Nicolas Jaeger, Cellar Master and François Robin, Cheese Expert, one of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Fromager, this workshop is an invitation to a sensory journey.
In order to explore the aromatic dimensions of our champagnes and to choose the cheeses that would reveal their characteristics, we compared the similarities of a great wine of Champagne adn a great cheese, whose elaboration, gestures and know-how are transmitted from generation to generation.
Taste four of our vintages, accompanied by four cheese pairings, to discover all the aromatic dimensions of our champagnes. The combination may vary according to the season. You can also combine this tasting with a visit to our cellars - please let us know.
