Daily Schedule – A day dedicated to the Grape Harvest

9:00 AM – Meet at 38-40 Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, then depart for Fèrebrianges to discover the world of the grape harvest.
(Depending on the weather, you may be able to pick grapes yourself, or watch as they are carefully selected, weighed, and pressed.)

12:00 PM – Lunch with the pickers and pressers, including a tasting of the freshly pressed grape juice from the morning.

2:00 PM – Cycle around Fèrebrianges to the Bois de Berlin for a panoramic view and a visit to some of the estate’s vineyards.

3:00 PM – Return to the production site for a champagne tasting of three glasses in the professional tasting room.

4:00 PM – Return to Épernay, with a closing ratafia tasting on the Avenue de Champagne.

5:00 PM – End of the experience.
