The visit begins with a discovery of our winery and the cellars where our champagnes are carefully stored and aged.

After the French guided tour, you will enjoy a tasting, where you can savor one champagne of your choice, accompanied by the famous Biscuit Rose from Maison Fossier and a piece of dark chocolate (70%), fève du Pérou, crafted by chocolatier Emmanuel Briet.

Cette visite Ns a permis d avoir de nombreuses informations sur l élaboration d’un champagne et également sur les caractéristiques des raisins cueillis et l’importance de la localisation des vignes : premier cru grand cru etc . Les étapes de la vinification, a été également une découverte. La mise en bouteille jusqu’à ll’ opération finale de débouchage du dépôt au goulot . Désormais je ne boirais plus une coupe de champagne avec légèreté mais avec consciente du savoir faire du producteurs.

Entre la réservation en ligne et le paiement sur place nous avons payer pour la tranche de 0 à 17 ans alors affiché 0€ sur le site. Le Monsieur à l'accueil a été désagréable alors que l'on lui expliquait et montrait le mail de réservation, soit j'ai payé pour l'enfant. Tout cela est vérifiable par la vidéo sur place et le ticket de carte bleue. Lors de la dégustation nous étions 5, et seul 4 mini biscuits et 4 carrés de chocolat était sur la petite ardoise.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and tasting and learned a great deal from the delightful young man who was our guide. He was patient with our many questions and was obviously passionate about the whole process of winemaking from the vine to bottle. We appreciated visiting a family estate where the standards and traditions are so clearly of great importance. We look forward to reminiscing when we drink the bottles we are bringing home!
