Champagne Daniel Dumont is situated in Rilly la Montagne, a Premier Cru classified municipality. Their Champagnes are a result of the different terroirs on which their vineyards are located. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties are most used in their Champagnes. Enjoy a guided Tour where you will see the wine press, the winemakery and the cellar which has a depth of 25 meters, followed by a Tasting where you will enjoy 3 glasses of Champagne:

The check-in admin side was a bit messy, but the visit was very interesting and enjoyable. Friendly and knowledgeable host, beautiful premises and the cave was a very pleasant surprise.

This was recommended by our Air BnB host in Rilly, and it was the perfect introductory stop! We were able to see the process in action, as the family was working while we toured the facility! 109 steps to the cellar lead us to the storehouses and a glimpse of the original chalk chapel! There were some on our tour who were returning with friends and buying a case, so that tells you how fantastic the cuvée is! They even treated my 6 year old to a juice box! A wonderful visit!

Uitstekende ervaring, heel vriendelijk en de kelder 25m onder de grond was indrukwekkend om te zien! Het was ook super dat er halve flesjes te koop waren. Echt van genoten.
