Description
Champagne Daniel Dumont is situated in Rilly la Montagne, a Premier Cru classified municipality. Their Champagnes are a result of the different terroirs on which their vineyards are located. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties are most used in their Champagnes. Enjoy a guided Tour where you will see the wine press, the winemakery and the cellar which has a depth of 25 meters, followed by a Tasting where you will enjoy 3 glasses of Champagne:
- 1 glass Grande Réserve Champagne
- 1 glass Millésimé Champagne 1er Cru
- 1 glass Rosé 1er Cru

A very nice and intimate tour by the owner himself. Personal story, very friendly welcome, and the champagnes are of excellent quality. Highly recommended; we found it much more enjoyable than the large champagne houses in Reims and Epernay.

Leuke rondleiding bij kleinschalig familiebedrijf. Hou rekening met een ietwat donkere wenteltrap 25 meter de diepte in naar de kelders waar het constant 10 graden celcius is.
Aardige man die de rondleiding deed in Engels en Frans.
