Instant Découverte: The best way to discover Maison Roland Phillippe. Enjoy a guided tour and a champagne tasting. Visit the estate and the cellars and get to know our Champagnes. The tasting during the lunch will consist of 3 champagnes:

• Carte Blanche Brut : Harmony and Finesse" for this Champagne composed exclusively of Chardonnay, softened with Pinot Meunier which shows a clear brilliance through its white gold colour and its very fine foam. To make your aperitif sparkle, this wine also goes very well with fish and starters.
• Carte Noire Brut : Fruity, velvety and golden" for this Pinot Meunier grape variety that guarantees the excellence of this Champagne at all times. Ideal with foie gras or a dessert. Also available in Demi-Sec.
• Rosé Brut : Elegance and fruitiness" of the subtle pink of its colour, to combine the pleasure of the eye with that of the palate. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, to excite meat, and to reveal red fruit desserts.

After the tour we welcome you in our reception room where a refined 3-course lunch will be served. The lunch will be accompanied by the 3 above mentioned Champagnes.
