OUR HOUSE:

Our 6,5 hectares of vines, located between Breuil and Festigny, are spreaded out over more than 30 plots and comprise the astonishing mosaic of the Christophe Mignon domain. This patchwork, an "accident" of history, adds complexity to our Champagnes.

We have chosen to grow vines with love and patience in order to harvest the best grapes. Our quest to produce a balanced Champagne is continued in our cellars, which are held under a close and loving regard. This is where the Champagnes rest to reach their full potential.

Working alongside nature, working with and for nature: It's is a simple motto, however, putting it into practice, is much more demanding.

THE WORKSHOP AND TASTING:

The goal of this workshop is to introduce all alternative methods and share our philosophy with you; the lunar calendar, phytotherapy, preparations, homeopathy, geobiology, etc.

This will be followed by a Tasting of 3 Champagnes with pairing sweets.
