We had an amazing dinner at Henri Giraud last night. Chef Elizabeth created dishes that were not only beautifully presented but bursting with flavor—every course felt like a little masterpiece.
A huge shoutout as well to the lovely staff member who took such great care of us throughout the night. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her service made the whole experience unforgettable.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We had a fantastic and educational experience at Henri Giraud. Ebby was our expert enlightening guide and our chef during lunch as the food was paired with HG champagnes. The non conventional method of making champagne is a must visit if you are in the champagne region!!!
