We had a fantastic and educational experience at Henri Giraud. Ebby was our expert enlightening guide and our chef during lunch as the food was paired with HG champagnes. The non conventional method of making champagne is a must visit if you are in the champagne region!!!

It was a lovely lunch & tasting experience. We were wowed by the pairing of the champagne with the food. Every dish was paired well with the champagne. It was a fun experience and eddy the host make it super enjoyable and entertaining for everyone. This experience is definitely worth it.
