Description
One of the Champagnes you will taste is the Traditon Brut. It has won a Médaille d'or in 2014 and was listed in "Le guide Hachette des Vins 2014". It's a very tasteful Champagne and still appreciated by respected oenologues.
Enjoy a guided Tour with an explanation about the art of making Champagne. You will see the disgorging room (removal sediment), the labelling/packaging, the wine press and the cellars. A whole new world will be opened up in front of you!
It's a good introduction to discover the 3 Cuvées.
The Tour will be followed by a commented Tasting where you will enjoy 3 Champagnes:
- Tradition Brut
- Blanc de Blancs Brut
- Brut de Brut Extra-brut
During the Tasting you will also enjoy the rose biscuits of Fossier.

Getting to know large and renowned brands is awesome, but visiting small producers puts you closer to the actual traditions of champagne-making process and how these businesses work.
