  • Hele aardige dame die ons heeft eind geleidt en de dag erna goed heeft geholpen met het kopen van een aantal flessen.

  • More in depth tour than standard with a classy tasting to end. The sunny courtyard is nice to continue the champagne experience

  • very good champagne

  • We booked three standard tastings & one luxury Joyau de France tasting. We were led to believe by Champagne-booking that my husband was tasting three special champagnes & booked the more expensive option on that basis. During the visit It became obvious that only 2 champagnes were going to be offered to him. Despite showing staff the email from champagne-booking detailing that 3 were included, the staff refused to accept it & said someone must have made a typo! We were very unimpressed with their response - a shame because it spoilt that visit. Boizel was the last champagne house we visited before leaving Épernay & we had tasted several different champagnes at other houses ...

  • Not as enjoyable as other tours but the "treasure" was very impressive

  • The main disappointment was that I was expecting to taste 3 exceptional wines (Joyau de France) when in fact it was only 2. I was unimpressed by the way this was dealt with by the Staff who refused to accept that it was anything to do with them & said that the person giving me the tour information must have made a typo!
