Naar mijn smaak vielen de champagnes wat tegen. Nogal een aardse smaak (Champignons, nat leder).
De tasting had weinig om het lijf. De glazen werden uitgegoten aan tafel, zonder al te veel uitleg. Bovendien werd steeds hetzelfde glas gebruikt.
Wel een pluspunt: Je mocht je 3 proevertjes kiezen uit een ruime lijst. Ook de duurdere champagnes vielen binnen de keuzemogelijkheden. (Waar bij andere wijnhuizen enkel de klassieke 3 geserveerd worden).

Désolé que la dégustation n'est pas été agréable pour vous, nous avons fait de notre mieux pour vous recevoir en même temps que d'autres clients. Si vous aviez des questions, vous auriez pu m'en faire part. Mais dire que nos champagnes ont été décevants et pas de très bons goûts ce n'est pas correcte de votre part. Vous n'aimez pas le chardonnay tout simplement ! Espérons que vous trouverez mieux ailleurs ! Bonne journée

Gorgeous grand cru blanc de blanc, warm and friendly welcome and a lovely sun trap of a courtyard for enjoying the wine and the atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend! Also easy parking on site.
