Great tour, very informative tour guides, the train journey through the cellars was wonderful and the champage tasting to round it off was excellent ! 🥂

Schöne kurzweilige, moderne Tour
Dank der Audioguides in jeder Sprache verfügbar! Das einzig störende war das respektlose Verhalten der Mitteilnehmer während den Erklärungen während des Tastings, lautes Reden ist unhöflich gegenüber den Erklärenden ( die das super gemacht haben) und gegenüber denjenigen, die versuchen zuzuhören!

We’ve been to a Mercier tour before (probably 15 years ago) so knew what to expect. Nothing had changed much from what I remembered which left me feeling a bit disappointed. I remember feeling amazed the first time. Maybe time for a refresh? In contrast the tasting was much better. The guide was excellent and his explanations of the 3 champagnes was insightful and entertaining.

We really enjoyed the entire experience - our tour guide Sandra was great and was very patient with each question. The tasting experience was really positive as well.
