De rondleiding werd met een veel te grote groep gedaan waardoor veel van de informatie niet gehoord werd. Het verwijt dat de mensen geen interesse hadden was dan ook niet terecht. De proeverij was wel goed verzorgd, royale glazen en gezien het aantal aankopen werd de champagne en ratafia.

Great tour hosted by the very knowledgeable director of the Sanger Champagne House and his deputy, whose english was excellent. Sanger are part of a collective producing Champagne from locally grown grapes. They have a passion for champagne, it’s history and traditions that can sometimes be lost in the commercial world of the larger well known houses. The tour takes you through the process required to produce a grand cru, a tour of the cellars, and a great tasting to finish, highly recommended
