THE BEST champagne house. Erika’s tour highlighted the entire champagne story. We learned of ground composition, the vines/their various stages of growth/caring for the vines through the seasons/met family members working in the fields, & saw farm machines in action. We saw the press & vats & underground the cellars. We loved trying the finished product, sat in the yard where the champagne magic comes together. Get earthy & immerse yourself in the whole story with Champagne Delaunois D & Fils.
