Romain Mercier, the owner of Champagne Alain Mercier, will tell you passionately about his Champagnes. The domain is situated on a little hillside with a stunning view.

You will have an explanation of the wine making process and a guided Tour through the beautiful cellar with the wine press, the fermentation tank room, the main cellar and an overview of the disgorgement area.

This will be followed by a Tasting of 2 Champagnes.
