Passy-sur-Marne is a very quiet and green area, you will immediately feel relaxed which will be a perfect start to enjoy the Tour and Tasting!

You will have an explanation about the vineyard and a guided Tour with the wine press, both tank rooms (fermentation and aging), all three cellars (main vaulted, special Cuvées, stone vaulted), the palets storage, the riddling and the disgorgement.

This is followed by a Tasting of up to 7 Champagnes, where you will be given the choice to taste the Champagne of your preference.
