Thanks to the fine knowledge of the Champagne region's soil acquired by every generation, Champagne Boizel makes Champagnes from grapes coming from the best Crus, essential for making the Grande Cuvées.

In the vineyard, as well as in the cellars, choices are made to stay as close to the nature as possible while fully protecting the aromas. This has always been very important in search for the balance and the expression of Champagnes.

During the time, the characteristic delicacy and elegance of Champagne Boizel's style has been appreciated by demanding Champagnelovers in France and abroad. The Champagnes of Boizel are served on the most beautiful tables and during prestigious events to please the lovers of exclusive Champagnes.

Since the registration on the UNESCO world heritage list of their cellars on 46, Avenue de Champagne, Champagne Boizel now shines worldwide. This year it has opened "Atelier 1834", a contemporary venue to discover the various Vintages and the history of Champagne Boizel.

You can enjoy a custom-made sensory experience during a Tasting workshops or you can enjoy Champagnes by the glass!

Sparkling Experience
We loved our visit to Champagne Boizel. Our tour guide was friendly and informative, doing it in both Spanish and English. The tour around the cave was most interesting and we learned a lot about Champagne production and the work that goes into it. The tour was rounded off by tasting two fine champagnes. A tour not to be missed, you won’t regret it.

Beautiful caves reconstructed spring 2018
Wow! Those cellars are one of the most beautiful cellars I've seen in Champagne. Eloise was a wonderful guide with a lot of technical experience. The tasting room was really open and spacious with a really nice table setting. We made a vintage tasting, which was completely worth it as we got to taste some nice vintage champagnes. As always I would have wished to taste something really special, that I could buy, but they didn't allow me to taste it so I ended up a bit disappointed. But overall I think it was a great visit worth another visit.

Best tour out of 16
I visited 17 celars in 6 day. The combination of winery, celar, shop and tasting was the best in terms of quality, service, Standard, preparation and Ambiente. A very exclusive house with high quality wines in an intimate Ambiente with class and elegance. Highly recommendable.

It was poor
The young lady running the tasting did not know much about the wine and there was little elucidation about the house. The first two champagnes (the brut and the rose) lost their bubbles after 15 minutes. Il n’y avait pas des bulles. I explained this to the woman running the tasting — she said, “the bottle was only open 1 hour.” I told her that she was not saying much beneficial for the Wine. The champagne itself was poor.

Beautiful Champagnes
We booked this tasting by the website of champagne-booking . As explained on the website, the Champagnes of Boizel are delightful. Professional female host with a lot of knowledge. We will return for sure when the renovated cellars are open again. Can.t wait.

We need to go back
We visited the house for my birthday. It was a tasting in the shop and the lady working was very insightful and interesting to talk too, we wanted to stay longer and try more but unfortunately they were closing. We will return.
